How can I place an online order?

Once you have added the items to your shopping bag, you can verify your selection, modify it and proceed to checkout. If your order contains more than one Product, the Products may be shipped in multiple shipments. If you need any assistance, please contact us and a Client Service Advisor will be happy to walk you through your online purchase.

When can I consider my order as confirmed?

At the end of the checkout process you will receive an Order Acknowledgment email with a recap of the Order that we received, along with the information that we are processing it. Once placed, the content of your Order Acknowledgment can no longer be changed. If you do not receive an email acknowledging your Order within 24 hours from placing the Order, please contact us to verify if the Order was correctly received. The Order will be confirmed only when you receive the Confirmation email(s) for your product(s) that are confirmed, subject to availability, and are ready to be shipped. The email will be sent to the email address indicated on the Order form. Once the package(s) is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number and delivery information from the courier.

Can I return a product purchased online?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Products purchased on our Website, we offer free return within 14 days from delivery or In-Store Pick-up.Customized jewellery is not eligible for return. Return request must be submitted within 7 days of the date of Order delivery; items must then be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your return number. The Products must returned in the same condition as they were delivered, and in their original packaging. Returned Products must be intact and complete, not used, or damaged in any way with all labels, tags and, security tags attached in their original position and any special packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted. Before requesting a return, please ensure that the items comply with all the Return Conditions in accordance with our terms of purchase.

How can I make an online pre-order?

You may have the opportunity to Pre-Order a selection of Products before their commercial launch or distribution and placement in the market. Orders made for Pre-Order Products will have a longer delivery lead time and expected delivery time frames will be specified on the invididual Product display page on our Website. Should your Order contain both Pre-Order Products and Non Pre-Order Products, deliveries will be made in multiple shipments. For any Orders containing Pre-Order Products, the total transaction amount will be charged in full for all Products in advance at the time of the Confirmation email, even though such items are yet to be ready for shipment. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number and delivery information from the courier.

What should I do if I cannot find the product I am interested in online?

Our website offers a wide selection of Products from the latest babalonstar collections, and the Product selection is updated regularly with new arrivals. If the item(s) you are looking for online is not currently available, need recommendations, or help selecting a size please contact Client Service and one of our Client Advisors will assist in locating your selection or providing alternatives.

Which payment methods are accepted?

babalonstar accepts major credit cards and the other digital payment methods indicated on our Websites. The total Order transaction amount will be charged once we have verified your payment details and confirmed Product availability through the Confirmation email. For any Orders containing Pre-Order Products, the total transaction amount will be charged in full for all Products in advance at the time of the Confirmation email, even though such items are yet to be ready for shipment. Cash on delivery is not accepted. You will be charged in the same currency as the prices displayed at Checkout. The total Order transaction amount includes any shipping costs, taxes and duties. If you wish to receive the relevant sales document, please contact our Client Service.

Can I pick up my online order at the Babalonstar store?

We do not currently offer in-store pickup. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready. Please keep this email and your receipt.

How will my personal data be processed?

Regarding to our website customers, Babalonstar has collected data through the website and will continue to process it subsequently, in accordance with the brand's privacy policy. Customers with babalonstar Account will continue to have it and may want to continue accessing their order history as well as purchasing while logged in from another country. Are there exceptions in the return policy?

Products cannot be returned if the sealing cellophane and the original packaging have been opened, damaged, altered or removed. Personalised Products cannot be returned. If you have encountered any issue with the Products you received but do not wish to make a return, please contact Client Service. We will be glad to assist you in finding the best possible solution.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days from the moment the Order Confirmation e-mail is sent. Please note that the above general time frames do not pertain to Pre Ordered and/or Personalized Products. Are there any restrictions on deliveries?

All orders must be shipped to a valid address, the courier will not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes, poste restante or freight forwarder addresses. Deliveries are restricted locally within the location/region of the website you placed your Order from. If you would like for your Order to be delivered internationally, please change the location/region on the website menu before placing your Order.

How can I select the shipment method?

You can select the shipping method (if available) from the drop-down menu and the relevant amount is displayed in the shopping bag. Our courier cannot deliver to PO boxes or general delivery addresses.

When does the order delivery take place?

Deliveries are work on Monday to Sunday and requires a signature upon delivery. If you require assistance or are unable to contact the courier, please do not hesitate to contact our Client Service.

How can I track the shipment of my order?

Once your Order is confirmed, you will receive a Tracking Number and delivery information from the courier for each shipment. If your Order contains more than one item, it may be delivered in multiple shipments.

How can I make an online return request?

Is the return free?

The return of the articles purchased online is free, provided it is performed in compliance with the conditions and the time frame specified by our return policy.

How long will it take to receive a refund for my return?

Once the package is received, we will verify the condition of the items before accepting your return and authorizing the refund. This may take up to 7 business days. If the returned item(s) meet our return requirements, your refund will be issued and credited to the original credit card/payment method used for the Order purchased, and in the same currency. You will receive an Order refund e-mail as soon as we have authorized the refund. The credit will be visible in your account within one or two billing cycles, depending on the time required for banking procedures for the credit card issuers.
